A grooming studio goes through towels faster than almost any other supply, and the size mix matters more than the colour. This guide covers how the sizes in our pet towel line map to the grooming room.
Why Microfiber for Dog Drying
The pet cleaning towel line is listed in microfiber at 300 to 400 GSM, with custom sizes and customised logo printing. Microfiber towels are reused after washing rather than replaced, which is what makes them a reorder item for groomers.
Matching the Size to the Job
The line covers 35x75cm, 50x100cm and 70x140cm. The 35x75cm cut handles paws, faces and finishing work. 50x100cm is the grooming-table size for small and medium dogs. 70x140cm is the full-body drying towel for large breeds and for wrapping a wet dog after the bath.
Groomers rarely order one size. A working studio typically runs two sizes side by side: a handling towel on the table and a larger towel for the wet dog.
Bulk Supply and Private Label
For pet brands building a private label line, the bulk programme is straightforward: logo printing is accepted and free of charge at the standard order quantity of 2000 pcs per item, with OEM packaging available and shipping as DDP, FOB or CIF.
The packing is usually OPP bag or card, and both can be customised for a retail programme.
