How bulk beach towel orders work: sizes from 40x80cm to 80x180cm, 120/250/300 GSM options, custom printing and what to confirm before ordering.
Bulk beach towel orders move through the same three decisions every time: the size, the fabric weight, and the printing. Get those three right and the quote is accurate; get one wrong and the whole run has to be re-quoted.
Start With the Size
Our beach towel line covers four standard formats: 40x80cm, 76x152cm, 80x160cm and 80x180cm. More sizes can be quoted or customised. The 40x80cm cut is the light promotional size that suits high-volume giveaway programmes, while 80x180cm is the full-length beach format that retail buyers usually specify.
The cheapest towel in the quote is rarely the cheapest programme: a light towel that feels thin at the event costs more in brand damage than it saves per unit.
Then Choose the Fabric Weight
The line is offered at 120 GSM, 250 GSM and 300 GSM. Fabric weight decides how the towel feels in the hand and how much it weighs in the carton, which is why it is the main lever between a light promotional towel and a heavier retail-grade towel. If your programme has a fixed freight budget, confirm the GSM before you confirm the size.
Custom Printing: One Side or Two
Printing is available on one side or both. For promotional orders the usual request is a single-side print with the company logo or event artwork; for retail the pattern often covers the full towel. Send the artwork together with the size and GSM and the print method can be confirmed in the same reply.
The material is microfiber quick-drying towel, and more sizes and colours can be quoted on request.
What to Confirm Before the Bulk Order
Four inputs make a bulk beach towel quote precise: the size, the GSM, the artwork (including whether it prints one side or two), and the quantity per size. Standard order quantities in our price list are based on 2000 pcs per item with free logo printing at that tier, and other quantities can be quoted on request.
